DecoMark® is used primarily for specialty pavement markings such as custom logos and informational or directional surface signage.
DecoMark® helps maximize traffic guidance, reduce sign clutter and increase brand awareness. DecoMark® is a surface-applied preformed thermoplastic material that does not alter or impair the substrate on which it is applied. Installation does not require custom grids or templates. Available in 90-mil and 125-mil thicknesses, the pre-cut sheets of interconnected material are easily lifted and positioned onto an asphalt or concrete surface. DecoMark® is applied using a propane heat torch such as the Flint 2000EX and Magnum Heat Torch or a large infrared heater using three simple steps: prepare, position, and heat.
There are 17 standard DecoMark® colors.
DecoMark® is high skid and slip resistant for pedestrian safety. Once applied, the material leaves a flush surface – a feature that wheelchair users and persons with strollers and shopping carts really appreciate because there is no rigid, bumpy effect as typically felt with grooved surfaces.
